Q: Do auctioned items come with a warranty?
A: Yes, unless explicitly noted otherwise, all items auctioned are brand new and come with the full manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: If an item turns out to be defective, what should I do?
A: Contact TripleClicks Customer Care. They want to make sure you are happy and we will work with you to resolve any such issues to your satisfaction.

If a defect is apparent, they will take care of picking up the item at our cost for a return to our shipping department. After an inspection, they will contact you with their finding and let you know their recommendation for resolution.

Q: Can I return an item that I have won for a refund?
A: Yes, you may return a won item within 10 days of receiving shipment.

However, the item must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging. You must also include, with your return, your full name, address, and the reason for your return.

Provided the product is received in satisfactory condition, you will be issued a refund payment of the amount paid (the final auction price).

Note! The cost of any bids spent on the auction, as well as return shipping costs, are non-refundable.
